FAQ

You've got the questions, we've got the answers.

Here you can find a lot of questions from new customers. If you're looking for support with your server, please see our help site.

We’ll send you a warning before your server is set for renewal. If you still miss the payment, then your server will be suspended.

Your server will be suspended for a month, if we don’t get a payment, the server will then be deleted.

Late fees may be applied if a payment deadline is missed.

Minecraft, web, and gaming servers will be deployed instantly after payment.

Dedicated and cloud packages can take up to 24 hours.

You can upgrade your package in the client panel. Just select the new package you want to upgrade to.

If you want to upgrade from a Budget package to a Pro or Impact package, or a Pro to a Impact package, you’ll need to open a ticket.

Yep! You can downgrade your package via the client portal.

If you want to downgrade from an Impact to a Pro, or a Pro to a Budget, you’ll need to open a ticket.

If you don’t like your Gaming or Minecraft server, you can get a full no questions asked refund within 24 hours.

This does not apply to our dedicated or cloud servers.

If there is a fault or downtime with your server, not caused by yourself, then you can get full refund on all server types within 7 days of your purchase.

You can pick two options when you cancel your server. You can have it cancelled at the end of the billing cycle, or immediately.

If you cancel your server immediately, the server will be suspended and deleted right there and then.

If you cancel your server at the end of a billing cycle, then the server will be suspended and deleted when the next invoice is due.

Our node stats allow you to see the resources all our servers are using. You can also track maintenance, and if there are any issues with your node.

Why is it important to see the node stats?

You’ll see that a lot of hosts now show node stats. The reason for this, is some hosts overload there servers with way more than they can handle. This then has an impact on your server with you not being able to use all your resources as other servers are using them.

You can see our stats here: Kinetic Hosting Status – Kinetic Status

In our personal opinion, you should always go with hosts that show their node stats to make sure you get what you’re paying for.

Wow, that’s a lot of questions you had there… Think I need a little rest.
