Getting support fast

You don’t want to be waiting around all day for support, you’ve got games to play. That’s why we try to reply to support tickets and support requests on our Discord as fast as possible. So much so 86% of all tickets have solutions within 30 minutes. This is a solution, not just a reply.

More complex tickets might take a little longer, but our goal is to have all tickets sorted within an hour of them being opened.

People who know

Our support team is built up of people who really know what they’re doing. We don’t just hand them a script and a knowledge base. You will also always get a human reply, not just an automated bot.

We’ve been running our own public servers for the past six years. The people that run and help build out our public gaming communities are the same people who make up our support team.

 

The knowledge 

We also have an ever-growing knowledge base (wiki) for you to learn not just how our panel works, but things we’ve picked up and worked out over the years running our own servers. Tips on how to get more players into your public server, or how to improve performance, fix issues with mods, and config plugins and setups.
